Planning for your Children
Part of working with an estate planning lawyer is deciding who will take
care of your children. Attorney Charles Hear can help you choose a guardian for your children. For example, you may wish to have different guardians for different children. You might want to have a financial guardian, or custodian. If you are divorced, you and the child’s other parent may not agree on the selection of a guardian. Probate
As a probate lawyer,
Charles Hear will assist with estate administration. This can involve
valuing, selling, or distributing assets such as cash, real estate, or a
business in accordance with the will. If there is no will, estates are
administered according to Indiana probate law. In the event of contested or
multiple wills, Charles is an experienced litigator who will represent your interests in court.
